How do I get a quote?

There are two ways to grab a quote...

  • Visit our REQUEST A QUOTE page where you can enter your information, details, and even upload artwork.

  • ​Give us a call at 704-904-7170, and one of our customer service team members will be happy to chat and put together a quote for you.


You will receive a quote within 2 business days of contact.

How do I order?

There are 2 ways to start your order once you've received your quote...

  • If you know the product, quantity, sizes, styles, and colors you need, simply supply a 50% deposit and we will get moving on your order right away. You will receive an email with an artwork mock up for approval.

  • If you aren't sure of the product, quantity, sizes, styles, and colors, and/or you want to see a mock up of your artwork before ordering, let us know and we will be happy to provide one. We do require a non-refundable $45 art deposit which will be credited toward your invoice once you place your order.

How quickly will my order be started?

We order blank materials and apparel from warehouses all over the country. As soon as we receive your approval and deposit, we order blank materials and/or apparel specific to your order. We do this right away to ensure we will meet your deadline. Therefore, any changes to your order after we receive your approval and deposit may cause delays to your order and potentially be subject to restocking/order change fees.

When will I receive a proof of my design?

Send us your artwork via our REQUEST A QUOTE page or email at Our graphics team will make any necessary adjustments to create your dream design. We will then mock up your design and email it to you for approval within about 2 days of receiving your deposit. We can't move forward with your order until the product, quantity, artwork, sizes, styles, colors, and placements of artwork are approved.

What type of file is recommended if I upload

my own artwork?

High quality artwork is essential in producing your designs with an awesome finish and result that you are proud to wear or display.

Vector Format Artwork: The preferred artwork file format for the industry.
A vector file is the format which is sure to produce the highest quality print. Vector art is typically created using software programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and has the ability to be scaled from large to small or vice versa without losing any of it's quality, crispness, and fidelity. Artwork created in vector format will always be clean, crisp, camera-ready, and the highest quality resolution possible.

Other Artwork: Artwork created in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, etc.
The name of  the game here is high quality! High resolution is top priority as it will give you the cleanest image. If the resolution is too low, when we scale your design to the correct size for printing, your design will become distorted and blurry. To make sure you have a high resolution image, set your DPI (Dots Per Inch) in your image to 300 at the size you want the finished print to be. DPI is the measurement of the amount of dots per inch in the image. 300 DPI is one of the highest resolutions most programs can create and therefore will produce a high quality print.

How is my order produced?

  • Screen Printing - As soon as the artwork is approved, we create the films, burn the screens, setup the press, and go to print for apparel, promotional products, and signage. 

  • Embroidery - We create a digitized file of your artwork, load the machines with your thread color(s) and garments, and the sewing begins.

  • Vinyl - We create artwork files and load the vinyl into the plotter where it is contour cut for your personal design. Then the vinyl is heat transferred onto your garment, or pressure applied onto promotional products and signage.

  • Signage - We upload the artwork to our system and load blank materials onto our flatbed printer where your design is digitally printed directly onto the material. If the product requires a contour cut, it is then moved to the plotter for cut-out.

How do I know my order will be right?

Our team has quality in mind from first contact to delivery of your order. We bring extreme attention to detail to everything we do - easy and consistent communication, high resolution artwork, quality blank materials, high print quality, clean packaging, easy shipping and delivery, and ultimately your satisfaction.

How do I receive my order?

The minute your order is complete we will let you know it's ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. At InkSmart Graphics every order qualifies for FREE shipping and/or delivery nationwide.

What if I want to order more?

If you find you need to order another batch of the same product with the same design - no problem! Just let us know and we'll get started. Please keep in mind that all pricing is based on quantity so your price per unit may go up or down depending on the number of items on the reorder.
